Thats it! If you dont have flying mount... Only then you can get it! Because in Icecrown and Storm Peaks some quests without flying mount are imposible! So Blizz made that for players who have no gold to afford real one!

No u can ride it with the 60 flying i have it on my hunter who has the lvl 60 flying mount training and use it all teh time, the problem might also be that u can only use it in scholozar basin, storm peaks, and icecrown

you can get it on alli and horde you need it for the quests in storm peaks and inc crown thats y they gave you a free 1

alliance mount is first mount and train in eastern logging camp where marshal haggard i thank is all in know to mount is there

This can only be done if u got a special quest that u need a flying mount to complete.. He will not have the mount after...

@Qrocks9 yes u can be alli - lvl 77 - no u do not need to learn flying its totaly free but can only be used in ice crown and storm peaks

yes you must be lvl 77, and you must not have bought ANY kind of flying skills at all, if you have the 60% flying skill, you won't be able to get it. only people who doesn't have any flying skills learned can get it.

Are there any requirements for this mount? I'm a level 70 Blood Elf DK with 1k... will i be able to get the mount? :D?

ALSO you wouldnt be able to get there if your only level 70, very hard.

i did in my movie where i ding 80, i can't take another 1 when i already have one of them. i deleted my mount before making the video to show you guys it, but i couldn't take it again after i deleted it. but it does work and if u wanna see it. look on my movie where i ding 80, mount is called Loaned wind rider. :)
