i used to like going to bed at night and looking out of my windows seeing the lights dance around the tower... really put me to sleep nicely :)

Awesome Structure and great lights display!

I see a bigger directional Strobe Beacon in the midddle of each of those balconys right?

I wonder who made the Obstruction Lighting instalations job, Maybe FlashTechnology?, Orga?, TWR?, Honeywell?

Can anyone help knowing the brand or maker of the Obstruction Lighting this great building uses? I bet it Flashtechnology ; )

i believe it was supposed to have opened now but not sure, i think they wanted it to coincide with the opening of the metro system. i was there in july and was gutted not to be able to go up it

BTW .. the metro system was is already on now ... the opening was in the last september 9th

ah right fair. i think that was the original plan anyway. as long as the burj is open in march when i go back i'll be a happy man. i have always had a strange fascination with heights!
