Jon needs to grow up and Kate needs to stop blaming others, however hey are both the parents of 8 kids and their personality's just didn't mix. Jon was the calm guy and Kate was the up tight girl, it didn't work. Jon had his faults (like cheating) and Kate had her faults (like insulting Jon) the divorce wasn't caused by one thing nor by one person, it had many factors, so don't pin it to one person, As it takes 2 people to get married it takes 2 to get a divorce.

Now all she cares about is her hair, nails, clothe and not so much of her kids! before i thought it was jons fault about how he go caught cheating but kkate was so man to him so now i am on his side! but before i loved this show!! i read her book multiple blessings like 8 times and she was am amazing mom before all of this

they are both selfish. neither of them where in it for the experience - they chose to birth 8 kids but knew from the start they would never be able to afford to raise them on jon's salary. with the proceeds from this show (US$85,000 per yr) they could. i would rather see myself struggle than put my children thru what obviously tore them all apart. i just hope the kids remember their parents do love them & that it's not all about the money.

When an egg splits into two, IDENTICAL TWINS are born.All the Gosselin tups are FRATERNAL,non of them are identical, which means they each developed from a DIFFERENT EGG.Which means Kate had at least 6 embryos implanted.( she was initially pregnant with septuplets actually,she lost one) So yes, the Gosselins REFUSED to reduce the nbr of eggs and CHOSE to have SEXTUPLETS.

Majin i no he still spends time with them it just he has to go out and date while kate stays home and takes care of the kids for him. I just dont think its fair to kate and she is not bossy she is covering for jon acting like a child. I lilked Jon until he started cheating on kate then i got mad at him. and people say there getting to much publicity because of their divorce but i love thier family and if the show was still on i would still watch it cause i loved it and will miss it.

People who just blame Jon for this ending need to open there eyes, this was a two way street and Kate hit Jon with as many street signs as she could. Nobody likes to take verbal abuse like that especially in public. And if people think they don't have enough money to survive they're fooling themselves. There relationship was ruined by Kates over Reacting and abusing Jon to often and Jon not willing to try and work through it.

wht i dont get is jon says in the finale is he needs to grow up but part of growing up is getting rid of ur selfishness and he is ruining wht his kids love,the show , for them and when they got divorced leaves the kids with kate and ruins her source of income and goes out and dates.Leaving kate alone with 8 kids and no source of income while he is dating some 20 year old girl when he is like 32.

i know the kids love the show but they have to get rid of it, because the fame destroyed jon and kate and if they continue it will do the same thing to the kids when there older. the show got out of hand, going from a reality show to a fucking soap opera.

I don't blame any of them for the show getting out of hand, because whether it's a drama or a reality show people are going to watch it and then people are going to want to get more involved with your life, it is the reality of television!

@smilebug7777 A divorce can be traumatic for children but in the end I think it's much more scarring to grow up with 2 parents who don't get along. I feel like people always tend to root for the mother no matter what, but many father suffer a lot through that experience too and they often have to fight harder to see their kids and to be respected as a parent than the mothers (I am a woman by the way, so it's not like I'm defending my gender or anything).

Jon doesn't want his kids to be filmed anymore, so they can't film them. He's their parent and unfortunately that's all that matters in this situation.
