My older bro got a Balzak one year, and it was basically just a fabric cover for a regular balloon you would supply yourself. Putting an air-filed balloon in it was usually still too lightweight to do much with, and water balloons inside of it would still pop if you tried anything "rough" (i.e. fun) with it. Eh, it was an okay idea that just didn't pan out that great.
