  • Yet another TV-shop commercial.

  • im sorry, but 1800 watts is only available while the battery is full.... once you drain that bitch you might be able to charge a cell phone and thats it... this is just an over priced POS for those who dont know how to build one of there for almost a fraction of the cost! Poor saps buying this shit! I feel bad for you, you should invest this money into a elementary education so you can do this on your own!

  • Need one of these for a Class B Motorhome. I have no storage space for this

  • I like this guy , Solar panels , wind Generator , Satelite dish not sure what the other one is for ? Perhaps reg TV. Wheres the CB antenna ? We just bought a new big honkin camper, 30 some foot long. I am suppose to pick up in 2 days. I have never driven anything that big . Wish the wife would let me put that own ours.

  • how does the one small panel produce 1800 watts

  • You're going to pay 1700 bucks for this thing...so you can run a table lamp for 10 hours? I wish a company would actually price these solar backup devices fairly.

  • @CJB425

hi, your comment shows that u did not pay attention 2 the video, u can run multiple devices, indefinitely. when I go camping its like having an outlet in the woods from home, we watch movies on the flat screen, keep food in the 5 foot mini fridge, listen 2 the radio, even run a sump pump from the river 4 a shower, security lights at night, if it gets cold we turn on the electric heaters in the tents, all this with no interruptions. these things are more then worth the money.

  • @CJB425 but it will be giving free power for many years to come, in Jamaica where i live, my solar power is great during the hurricane season when grid power often goes.

  • Hi Brian, so asuming im pointing this thing in the right direction and getting more than enough sunlight to fully power it, how many watts those it constantly dish out?

    many thanks,

    Joe.

  • now how much would this cost? i've been looking at alternative ways to power stuff. did you know if you live in a home with your children with no electricity children services can take your kids? i want to get off the grid but need a way to prevent the above going down. now the problem is cost...so..how much would this knock my bank account for?

  • @Joey24x Thanks for your comment and your concern. I have a backup gas generator. Nice post.

  • @Joey24x 2 of my solar panels are broken, but still giving me power.

  • @Joey24x it would be cool if you died

  • i don't think you walked across death valley.

  • Nice, I like the fact that it has 3 17 amp hour batteries wired in series (at least I think their in series) for a 36 volt inverter. This means that it is more efficient at turning dc to ac, since it wastes less to go from 36 volts dc to 120 ac versus 12 to 120 with a normal inverter. I really want one of these, but for now I have settled with a few of xantrex's smaller rechargeable power packs. Maybe I'll catch one of these units on sale one day!

  • This is a great tool. I like it's portability.
