What do you mean by saying you're not 17, but 23. 23 is NOT too old to read Twilight at all! Although a lot of teens do love it. I'm 33, and I'm an avid reader and an author (not this genre, though). I've read the first book and think it's great! The movie is good too, but the book is better IMHO! I like your vids, BTW, especially your nail tutorials, and have subscribed to you.

I thought rob pattinson did a good job, he has a distinct look compared to other 'perfect' looking actors, not the typical type of 'perfect' looking vampires I had always imagined. Haha.

Gaspard is not as good looking as Robert even though he looks more like a vampire to me than Rob. No offense to Gaspard. I love him as an actor, and he is gorgeous. He has a unique look, but not as PRETTY as Rob IMHO.

I saw the movie on November 21st and I really liked it. BUT that was because I lowered my expectations and just took it for what it was. The earlier trailers had disappointed me too and, trust me, when I first learned who the main actors were I was pissed. But after seeing them both in their roles, I was really happy. I hope you'll enjoy it, too.

I have to agree with you on the Edward thing. Robert Pattinson is not that hott at all, and Edward is supposed to have red hair! Not Brown!

But I have to disagree with the choice of Bella. I think Kirsten Stewart made the PERFECT Bella.

For those of you who loved the book, I would like to recommend Maggie Shayne's Wings in the Night series. It is full of romance, action and all that other good stuff. Read if you are a true romance fanatic.

Another reason they say its popular is people like vampires, they have power, sexuality etc and most vampire movies have been geared towards adults. (interview with the vampire, Braum Strokers Dracula etc)
