i was reading mysticus c's forum about the installation and patches, but i have NO idea where to get the OS specified for this process. do you mind helping me out?
There are ways to make original wi-fi work, but it's very buggy and ruins the whole experience. most people suggest to replace the card with the dell one.
When I installed mac os x for the first time on my nc10 (this is a time of this video), ethernet didn't work. but later on they've written the driver for ethernet card and i use it to surf net. but when i travel and have to use wi-fi, i reload into windows.
Great job man!!! I'm trying this as we speak, but I'm having a few problems with the partitioning of the hard drive. To be honest I don't really care about XP so I'm thinking about re-installing it and allocating only 20GB for it and leaving the rest for Leopard.
It gives me an impression of a pretty good performance under mac os x, not worse then winxp. i didn't run any benchmarking utilities or heavy applications on it. after all i'm only using it for web surfing and movies.

The Samsung NC10 is the best of all the netbooks out there...especially for OS X.
right, i'm so greatful to Mysticus. i actually installed mysticus 10.5.6 as soon as it was available. everything works now exept for wi-fi, that's the only thing that stops me from removing windows from my nc10 :-)
Guess you can save $20... But the "Apple Airport Extreme Wifi Mini PCI-E Card 802.11n" can run on windows also. Do an ebay search....it's worth it.
I had the Dell Mini 9 for about a week....was impossible to install OS X on the 8GB SSD and keyboard was too dang small so I returned it. The NC10 is the best out there whether running Windows or Mac.
same here, i just wanted to try out os x, but it's no use unless we get all the drivers. it makes me wonder is there such a thing as a perfect hackingtosh
i downloaded the hacked version but without the use of wlan its pointless so its just sitting on my hard drive hopefully there will be a driver also i think if you insert a flash drive when the netbook is on then restart it, it should make the usb's work
you just install ONE program now and it does everything for you

I have sucessfully installed Kalyway in my nc10 but I can't boot it without my DVD drive. Is there any solution?
