@Jomaster the only problem wit pre-wrapped bundles is the same problem you would have with putting 20 glass cups together: the little diamond shaped gaps between any cylindrical objects grouped together. Not saying you couldn't just mash them together, but if you just wrapped the dick out of several thousand with bailing wire then taped them like you were hiding a dirty little secret I think you would be ok. I mean don't get me wrong, any explosion is a good explosion. To get the most bang for

The tighter you wrap the less flare-up you get. This was cool to see but I got a louder/bigger explosion out of a hundred. The bigger you make these things the less tight they're going to be, unless you figure out how to cinch them before applying tape. You just don't have the same tightness as a smaller bomb.
