I think I should just put this out there for the Tenor/Bass debate going on in the comments.

This ocarina can be custom ordered in a variety of pitch ranges, going from C up to F.

In the case of ocarinas, the Muse that is tuned to C is considered a bass ocarinas, whereas the ones tuned higher than it are considered tenors as they are higher in pitch. The one David has is an F I believe, and therefore a tenor.

This is my understanding of the way these particular ocarinas are tuned.
