I have nothing against religious people. What I object to is the way FOX News disguises who they are. When someone's entire world view is dictated by a specific religious belief structure, I feel it is important for the audience to know that, especially when that belief structure has as one of its main tenets the destruction of the world so people like Maginnis can get to heaven while the rest of us fry in hell.

He believes that Israel has to reclaim its ancient biblical lands (including part of Iran and Iraq) before Jesus will come back and save the elect. If it only happened once or twice, I wouldn't care. But FOX almost always leaves out crucial information about its guests and hosts.

Hes not Mormon... he doesn't believe in a "saved elite". He has the same beliefs as every other christian in the world. What you have a problem with is Christianity period. Because his beliefs are no different than an others.

I was raised Catholic and was told by the nuns that only Catholics were going to heaven. So from my own experience I can disprove your erroneous view of Christianity. LaHaye and Hagee are Christians. They believe that they are part of a group of elites who will get into heaven while everyone else goes to hell. Calvin preached that the rich are favored by God and only the rich will get to heaven. Mormons believe that they mush "seal" their ancestor. That's FOUR different Christian sects.

Not sure about iraq, but 95% they never controled any part of iraq.

@BelvasDaughter - I think that being open and honest would not help fox with its propaganda.
They are breaking propaganda laws, but it's amazing that no one arrests them. It could be that everyone that would enforce those propaganda laws is benefiting from those people, like Fox owners and workers, who are breaking them.
