For me the Motion controller news overshadowed everything and became the most anticipated part of E3 for me, but I was a little disappointed my most anticipated game, Final Fantasy XIII Versus didn't have any gameplay footage, or even a trailer shown. To be honest I think Square is playing it safe/smart by keeping FFXIII Versus under the radar until FFXIII comes out and has its peek in sales. The only other disappointment for me was no release date for gran tourismo 5.
I'd like to see is maybe George Lucas get into this" NATAL" he's always looking for a way to improve his Star Wars games,Steven Spielberg loves "NATAL" along with so many others in the entertainment feild(news and talk shows as well) ! I'm thinking of getting wiimotion plus when it comes out, but does one tone motion mean it's relitive to one mm in the game? Otherwise if you were playing, for example, a tennis game in real life you'd only move your arm a few cm for the player on the screen (because they're obviously much smaller) to have their arm all the way back. I don't know if that really makes sense lol....
Sony won E3. They had Uncharted 2, MAG, a new psp, an amazing psp lineup, God of War3, Ratchet and Clank, Agent, Final Fantysy 14, the Last Gaurdian, and a motion controller that took a giant shit on project natal.
Although Microsofts press conference was good. I was super impressed after watching Microsofts and thought that Sony was going to have a hard time topping it. But IMHO they did.

The problem with having a physical and digital copy is that you are paying $60 for TWO copies instead of $60 for one copy. You could easily give the hard copy away or do something else with it that causes Microsoft or the developer to lose a bit of cash.

Digital format much easier to produce, and again comon can u start think outside the box. World is going digital, people who think the way you do should stick with cassette tape, and video tapes. No offence but this is how you make me think, trust me maybe not in the next 2 years but they WILL get rid of UMDs, I don't see point of having them. You can lose them, you can brake them, they're big. Digital files can be redownloaded, they will cost less and loading time in games faster.

And PSP3000 or watever, throw it in the bathroom for home use.

I find new hardware (be it for Apple's or Sony's or Microsoft's or any other company's) the most exciting part of a keynote. Even with the leaks it's still cool. Software is exciting but new hardware is cooler and well frankly a nice new toy to play around with. It's definitely more exciting than software. For example at apple MacWorld I still thought that the 17 inch MBP announcement was cool even though I knew it was going to come.
i really want the new psp. my brother got the slim psp, but i really would like to get that new one with the 16 gig hard drive. my brothers only has 4 gigs.
I have a PS3, 360, and a Wii and I love all of them. That said, I think Microsoft undoubtedly won this years E3, with Sony 2nd and as usual, Nintendo last.

I'm thinking of getting wiimotion plus when it comes out, but does one tone motion mean it's relitive to one mm in the game? Otherwise if you were playing, for example, a tennis game in real life you'd only move your arm a few cm for the player on the screen (because they're obviously much smaller) to have their arm all the way back. I don't know if that really makes sense lol....

Sony won E3. They had Uncharted 2, MAG, a new psp, an amazing psp lineup, God of War3, Ratchet and Clank, Agent, Final Fantysy 14, the Last Gaurdian, and a motion controller that took a giant shit on project natal.
Although Microsofts press conference was good. I was super impressed after watching Microsofts and thought that Sony was going to have a hard time topping it. But IMHO they did.

The problem with having a physical and digital copy is that you are paying $60 for TWO copies instead of $60 for one copy. You could easily give the hard copy away or do something else with it that causes Microsoft or the developer to lose a bit of cash.

It will make games very cheap without umds. Everything is digital these days, it's just new age. Accept it that's all, there were dvds now blu ray. I agree that we don't need umds no more, why would we ? Just because ppl have collection dosen't mean anything. It will cost less for sony to produce digital formats. And in 10 years there pobably won't be any blurays too, only digital formats that you donwnload. You one of those ppl who will cry about your bluray collection ?

Digital format much easier to produce, and again comon can u start think outside the box. World is going digital, people who think the way you do should stick with cassette tape, and video tapes. No offence but this is how you make me think, trust me maybe not in the next 2 years but they WILL get rid of UMDs, I don't see point of having them. You can lose them, you can brake them, they're big. Digital files can be redownloaded, they will cost less and loading time in games faster.

Comon bro, i don't want to sound rude but think for onece before u say sonething please. People that has UMDs they must owne older PSPs right ? Download future software from psn to PC, and update your PSP3000 with new firmware. Transfer your favorite few games on PSP GO itself, and the rest 100 games that you have to 3 or 4 memory stick "micro" (depends what size micro chip u got)And put your whole collection in your pocket. And PSP3000 or watever, throw it in the bathroom for home use.

I think the next zelda might be another toon link game with the cell shading. That seems to be the pattern.
Epic Zelda game, followed by some cool handheld zelda games, then a lighter toon link zelda game, and then another epic zelda.

I find new hardware (be it for Apple's or Sony's or Microsoft's or any other company's) the most exciting part of a keynote. Even with the leaks it's still cool. Software is exciting but new hardware is cooler and well frankly a nice new toy to play around with. It's definitely more exciting than software. For example at apple MacWorld I still thought that the 17 inch MBP announcement was cool even though I knew it was going to come.
