You can buy the book "The Master Cleanser" in health food stores or book stores, it's only about 50 pages long, I read it in an hour. I strongly suggest reading the whole thing. Good luck, I am starting on it tomorrow!

I would advise you to use organic lemons because the toxins, pesticides, herbicides is going to only add more toxins to your cleanse, yes they cost more but your worth it, All the best. I am on my 9th day!

I too feel like I have wasted too much of my life being unhappy and I came on youtube hoping that making videos would help motivate me to keep going.

I only did 10 days on my first cleanse but I am going to go for pink on my next one :) Congrats on week 1 and good luck on week 2!
