Joan has slowly but quite surely become my favorite character on the show. It's like she starts off confident and then you start seeing her scars insecurities. She's wonderful. Greg doesn't deserve her.

I worship Joan Holloway. She moves across room like a luxury liner on the sea. But I prefer to think of her as having "style" rather than "class" - women with class don't fuck other women's husbands.

She has a lovely unaffected voice in this scene, one of my favourites.

You're right. Joan's a smokin' chick, but she, like most of the other characters, has more than a few faults. Unfortunately for her, her plan to marry in to what she perceived to be "class" totally backfired with that doctor. Or....wannabe doctor.

She is perfect. I can listen to her all day. Its sweet and cute and sexy...but very sad. With finding out that her fiance is a total screwup (killing a patient),her finding out that she might have to stay at her job longer since she makes more than he does,to her getting passed over from that scripted reading job,her getting RAPED,and the fact that Jane is getting roger,I feel so bad for Joan. I adore her more and more in every episode and I hope that things work out for her at the end.
