Tooth has bands such as emery, The Classic Crime, Family Force 5, Run Kid Run, etc. Solid State has heavier bands such as August Burns Red, Demon Hunter,and Oh Sleeper.

I do not know why people continue to say Emery is a Christian band, when they are not. They never stated it. Yes, they are Christians, but that's it. Their music is awesome, especially this song. You decipher the meanings behind their songs, if it's a religious meaning, that's your opinion, doesn't make a band Christian. Avenged Sevenfold's song "Afterlife" is a religious type song, their band is def. not Christian. Get the facts before you throw them out. Thanks.

Emery IS a Christian band. They've announced it at shows before, however, at the same time, they stated how very literally imperfect they are. Emery are what Christians should be, honest, full of humility.

I think every Christian should listen to "Listening to Freddy Mercury" and truly think about the image they present to the world and the judgmental nature that many in the "religion" take on

You should check out the book "Body Piercing saved my life" - it's about a guy who went around for a year interview the heads of these companies and the movement of Christian Rock in the US (as well as most bands/labels trying to distance themselves from the term 'christian rock').
