@TheBlueeyes2001 What I gather from the story is that General Shepherd was upset over the fact that 30,000 men and women were killed in the nuclear blast in CoD4. Though, no one cared. He knew that if he brought the war to the United states, they would understand. They'd be taught a lesson. He sided with Makarov, who would help him if he helped kill the people that killed Zakhaev: Soap and Price. They're part of TF141,so if it meant getting to Soap and Price, they would kill TF141s too.

It will be made and released as parts one at a time. The final hour-long release has yet to have a date because of supply shortages. Also note that the film will definitely look better than this trailer.

@megareza333 Oh, it's coming. I'll release each part as they are completed. Great costuming, animations, special effects, recreations, and the most prominent: the characters' backgrounds. I'll be making a realistic background on each character! The thing is, with more developments in my production methods, the more slowly the movie will be produced and completed. It may be a while before the FULL hour-long movie is released for download/view.

@habachibi Oh yeah. I recently found a head from an Indiana Jones set, the Truck chase. It looks just like Shepherd! You can also find it in the Nazi Flyer plane thingy! He's the shirtless strongman in the set. Lots of other improvements too!
