WOW! Apparently people don't understand what "1-shot" means!!

It means they killed the boss in their first try. Not killing him in 1 hit.

Hope that gives some clarification...

Good job downing on the first try. I've downed him many times and it makes me mad that Blizzard made the last boss in Kara almost completely luck based with the infernals. Just a tip, have everyone save their cooldowns through the first phase, but right as the second phase starts have everyone in the raid blow everything they have, no matter how long the CD is, because in that phase it is crucial burn him to phase three as fast as possible

actually steady shot is the best attack to spam, because for me it costs 99 mana, which is less that 1/3 of an aimed shot, and less than 1/2 of everything else, but is always immediately followed by an autoshot, totalling about the same damage as an aimed shot, in under 2 seconds for only 99 mana.

Yeah phase 2 is where it gets hard. This video was made before the big patch, and now hes harder than the video shows. We tell everyone to wait with their long cooldows till phase 2, since thats when he seems to do the most damage to the tank, and we try to blow through it as quick as possible.
