@j7512 He thought he didn't need Rooney anymore, that he was too good to have a trainer. I think in a way having all that money and fame and everything at 20 years old did more bad than good for him. Rooney was the only one besides Cus to actually get through to Mike and make him work hard. If he would've stayed with Rooney, who knows how long he would've been undisputed champion
