hey jared since i have been watching u an when greg was together i have learned alot.i have even made my self some money push my self to a semi pro ,i miss these shows.i know u are working on a new season.but I HAVE LOOKED AT ALMOST 70 % OF YOUR STUFF first video was the lense hood.but i have seen all the shows about 4-5 times over an over,keep up the good work.let us know when the shows come back

after seeing this show, I went ahead and purchased the black rapid sport strap. I love it! Thanks for the heads up on a great piece of gear, any other recommendations for gear? I'm living in Philadelphia so maybe I'll see you on the streets sometime or at an event photographing.

Went to get a black rapid on amazon but didn't know it was so expensive! I really wanted one but For a strap they're asking for allot of money.

to all beginners:please do not attempt to take pictures without looking at your meter and histogram. . the very point of raw is to optimise your data and if you are second guessing at exposure you are losing data right there. . for people with the d7000. . and for that matter with most dslrs (except the FUJIs) do not blow the highlights !! Don't worry about shadows, the amazing sensor of the d7000 will pull up very well from the shadows. . as regards dynamic range it IS BETTER THAN the d700/d3.

What happened at 31:40? Was the camera too close to the speakers to record?

If you had a Canon with MagicLantern firmware then it would have worked.. I think you can get it on Nikon, but if you were given those cameras by Nikon, I wouldn't try it.

A little tip for next time you record next to speakers though :D

@TheNeonWorm thats what happens at shows, were not using the in camera audio we have other audio sources recording the A roll and this was b roll just for syncing up.

@JaredPolin Hey Jared, nice work as always... Jus a suggestion, whenever this distorted audio appears in a video it could be better if you muted it... it is very distracting and make what you are saying barely understandable... It is very painful to the ear also.
