It's only recently that naked kids have become a perversion.

My own parents saw no problem in taking photos of me and my sisters in the bathtub for the album - because, rightly, there should be nothing sexual about the child body.

But are we talking about simply showing the bottoms of children or bare chests of little girls, or even blurry far away images of genitals? But there is never ANY good reason to be showing genitals of children (especially if they are detailed).
