i have thin hair- but a lot of it. also, my hair is for the most part, straight but i think ill want the iron for more curling purposes. i'm not sure if i should get a chi, sedu, or solia... any suggestions? thanks(:

I bought this flat iron after viewing what it did for Tobz hair. I'm black with type 4a/4b hair, and it straightened my hair pretty well, once I used the right moisturisers to tame my ends.

What kind of hair do you have? I could recommend an iron for you based on your hair type. Is it thick, really curly, wavy, thin, etc?

I have it like wavy from the bottom and it get's really puffy so i always have to waist alot of time in the morning trying to put it down should I get this 1 Or another 1?

Yeah, this one will pretty much be your best choice. When you get it, you should straighten your hair using the temperature around 390-400, something like that. :)

Well, first u need a heat protector spray. Get TreSemme thermal creations spray from any target, walmart, cvs, places like that.

Then get a serum. Get any of the frizz-ease serums, theyre really good.

Also,you'll need a leave-in conditioner. I like to use Aussie hair insurance.

So, when your hair is towel-dried, apply the hair insurance.Then, use the serum.

Then rite before you straiten it, spray in the heat protector spray generously and straighten it!Last u can use serum if u want.

In the pictures it looks like you aren't straightening it right because at the root of your hair its still wavy and poofy and what not

Personally i thought ur hair was better natural... the straight hair was just kinda like umm well it looked just unnatural and stuff but anyways you should straighten it THEN curl it with the iron it would look alot better

and I only have wavy-ish hair! But I guess all hair typed ain't the same.

Perhaps she could visit the happycurls or naturallycurly websites so she knows how to properly care for her curls so she doesn't have to resort to the flatiron. hair with texture isn't something beastly that needs taming.

Hmmm... is it really necessary for a girl her age to care about hairy armpits yet?? She looks like she's elementary school age to me, but I may be wrong.
