Yeah. Anachronisms are a main theme of this series. Also, the surgery to remove the child parts of someone's brain are pretty advanced for not having a plane =/

It's like in one of the last episodes, where the guys are riding on floating boar things through kind of an old-timey village. It's like they try to contrast between the countries as much as possible...
