  • CHRIS HOLY SHIT DUDE.... UR NOT FAT ANYMORE LOL

  • joy boys time baby

  • Pronation is when palms are facing down, A pronation hand grip example is a tricep pulldown on the machine.

  • @peopleschamp2011 Technically it's semi pronation curls, don't forget his palms are facing towards his body at the end of the eccentric contraction. 2. Not to be a judge or anything, too much rocky movement in your body.

  • is this even real ??

  • @parishiltondamier no he's a android

  • Dude you have got to make an ab workout video! Your abs are amazing! You havetk make a video of the workout you do for 'em!!

  • @peopleschamp2011 I agree that supination occurs during the concentric phase of the lift, however, these are called pronated curls (you pronate during the eccentric phase). I didn't name them. CK.

  • Wow, that's dude's arms came out of nowhere.. biiiiiig

  • Surely that grip is supine, not pronated-pronated would be with your palms down...

  • @andy5579 Have you been drinking?

  • @gmhippie Check out CKs comment at the top, it seems that they are named strangely

  • Personaly I'm against barbell squats, they are dangerous on the back. Dumbbell squats and single leg squats are just as effective if not more effective without the risk to the back. Just my opinion.

  • Chris I know you're probably going to put out a couple more bicep videos along with this but could you also think about doing squat video?

I think a lot of people would benefit from seeing a correct form squat.

Also is it safe for me to squat at 15? and how much weight?

    Thanks, great vid as always.

  • @srt8up4shot He's done one dude. I can't post the link but check my Favourites for "Squats"

  • @danmasey thanks a ton for that dude :)

Now if anyone could help me out again, how much weight is ok for me to squat at 15?

And should i use the shorter barbell because I'm only 5'5

  • @srt8up4shot Well I'm 5'9 and I use a 7ft Olympic Bar. If I were you I'd just start with that. And with regards to weight, you could start off with just simply the bar and add 2.5kg every workout. Give it 6-8 weeks & things will get tough but the fact you started with just the bar means you should have good technique. An Olympic Bar weights around 20kg.

  • I noticed you don't rotate your arms till the very bottom of your rep. I tried this and my reps were noticeably harder. Does that mean it's more effective than immediately rotating once lowering?

Sorry if this doesn't make sense. Probably shouldn't still be awake.

  • YOu have a fuckin* awesome T-shirts. Where you get them

  • great video too strong! continous

  • great video Chris! :-D

  • ive been doing alot of curls and this vid helped alot thanks CK

  • goddammm i love this lifestyleee

  • pussy haha jk, great vid

  • Great updates to the older vids you had!

  • Thats a pretty big twist! Don't think I can do that with my wrists...

  • Good video. What do you think about skinny fat people? People with little or NO definition but at 13-15 bf%? Should they BULK or CUT first before bulking? Tyman

  • @OrginalKork By bulk, you mean get fat? What do you mean by cut?

  • @vivalaresistanc Bulk = Gaining weight with purpose. To add muscles but with minimal fat. Cut = lose fat, keep muscles.

  • @OrginalKork

You should bulk first. If you cut first, you'd probably just gain most of the fat back during your lifting/bulking phase anyway.

As long as you're consuming healthy food and proteins, it's better to err on the side of caution and eat too much while bulking than eat too little. If you eat too little, your muscles won't have the energy/nutrients to grow, and you'll have reduced gains. Eat too much...you'll just have to spend a little more time on cardio during your cutting phase.

  • @MaxwellSDSU Ok ty. Will do. Can I increase stamina on a bulk as long as I keep cardio up?

  • @OrginalKork

You could try, it just depends on your body type and how easy/hard it is for you to gain weight. The danger, of course, is that if you don't consume enough calories to supply both your muscle growth as well as the cardio you're doing, you'll have reduced gains.

For me personally, I have a high metabolism so I keep cardio to a minimum while bulking (light jogs/swimming occasionally). Other people might be able lift big and do more serious cardio and still see good gains.

  • Chris, your an animal!!!

  • i like these vids
