  • ahhhhhh i was there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • jump in dude

  • when that thing blows if u stand too close the water hits u and burns u

  • Music sounds like it's off a low budget porno.

    *Cough*

  • @ValinorOracle you're right xD

  • :O why you delete my high ranked "low budget porno music" comment? :(

  • Update; I just took a look at a graph showing the length of time it takes for various water temperatures to cause burns, and according to my measurements on the graph, the water in the Morning Glory Pool would take approximately a twelfth of a second to produce burns.

  • Well, believe it or not, I just read on my own water heater that water with a temperature of just 160 degrees Fahrenheit (or between 11 and 13 degrees *cooler* than the average water in the Morning Glory Pool) takes about half a second to produce 2nd and 3rd degree burns on adult skin.

  • This is totally poisonous?

  • camera man: Y U NO JUMP? ;-)

  • Don't be fool, this is Satan's toilet portal to our world. The green stuff is his diarrhea. He's basically shitting on anyone who is a fool enough to come by and taunt death.

  • what a shit music

  • a bag of skittles would have been apropriate to eat here

  • I could see myself trying to place a cooking pot with a rope or something on the red sides of the hole in a few inches of water. Coming back in an hour or so to retrieve my cooked food. I bet your probably not allowed to place anything in it.

It would be cool to cook in it anyway.

  • bet Lock Ness and the Yetti chill out there on vacation

  • There must be some crazy microbiological shit goin on down there

  • what happens to it during the winter?

  • i like the b-reel porno music in the background

  • wouldn't it be funny if the camera fell in.

  • someone on jackass should jump in

  • @legostar9090pk ahha i love johnny knoxville he's sexy he's 40 years old though and im just 13 ahah lol!

  • i would hate to go in it because its stillw ater and it probably has leeches ew

  • @hidanrulesusuck Dood it's fucking hot, leeches would die in it..

  • @hidanrulesusuck The water tempreture averages at about 172 degrees Farenheit. Leeches aren't there because it's freaking HOT.

And second, you would get scalded and burnt in it, and have to go to the emergency room.

  • @SnoozeButtonBagel oh o.o i didnt know that it was that hot thanks for telling me *whistles*

  • I dare you to throw a rock in there.

  • So much trash has been thrown into this pool that it actually changed color. It was originally a deep blue, but the garbage partially blocked off the vent, cooling the spring and attracting different bacteria.

:( If I ever go to Yellowstone again and see someone throw something in, I'm going to throw them in.

  • @darkcheese98 NO! Don't through those people in too! you'll be adding to the TRASH that's in there....

  • @tbillybob12345 True. Very true.

Dang. Now I'd need to have some launcher rig to propel them into the center of the galaxy.

I've seen that pool, and it was pretty but kind of depressing.

  • not a clear as the pools in the mines but looks fantastic id throw in a mouse and see if that could swim out and if that survives id go in unless its full of man eating bacteria

  • @michaelberryakabez First, you'd kill the poor mouse.

Second, swimming in there sounds like a great idea! *attempts to contain laughter*

  • @darkcheese98 does my comment seem at all literal to you< what an idiot mwah ha ha hya you just made my day you actually believed me that i would go all the way there and commit animal cuelty ha ha

  • Throw bleach in it

  • they should call it rainbow pool like seriously.....

  • they should call it "RAINBOW POOL" like seriously.....

  • People, you really do NOT want to go swimming in the Morning Glory Pool! The water in the Morning Glory Pool averages around 171 to 173 degrees Fahrenheit. If you jump into the Morning Glory Pool, you would get scalded and burned and blistered in about 3 to 5 seconds and need to go to the emergency room.

  • @triton115 even better :)

  • @triton115 Very true. Notice how there are no plants right around it except a sparse few? Because it essentially boils the plants and their roots. You do not want to touch the water, scoop up the water, and you certainly don't want to jump in unless you have a death wish.

  • @triton115 Mmmmm, you should have told me that 2 years ago. I took of my shoes and socks and I dipped a toe into it. MAN THAT HURT!

  • Can you go in there? It doesn't look like steam is coming out of it, and I've gone into some that looked like that but it was about 103 degrees inside

  • Can someone please explain to me what all the fuss is about???

  • its so clear it looks like glass.

  • Que es?

  • i wanna go explore whats inside it

  • stop the chemical industry!

  • que miedooo estoy aterrorizada ayuda sos oooo D:

  • what happens if you dive in it :3

  • 1dollar to drop your camera in ...

  • Morning Glory Means rare morning wood XD

  • I wonder if anyone throws pennies in for good luck... Very pretty, something I'll never see except for images and youtube videos though...

  • would something come up and grab you if you touched it?

  • i play this video loud when im having sex with my girl.lol.

  • looks like good swimming to me

  • whats with the porn music

  • wana go for a dive?

  • Comment removed

  • Whats inside?

  • CCCAANNOONN!! BALLL!!!! xD

  • Amazing bacteria actually live in those things.

  • jump in please, make it more interesting

  • pools like this is where life started

  • looks like my toilet when i have really bad diarrhea :)

  • A kid jumped in that or something like that a few years ago. His boiled body was retrieved by police ten minutes later.

  • so, what exactly happens that kills you if you try swim in it?

  • holy dicking shit, its awesome. does anybody know how deep this is?

  • @dsafasdfasdf1 50ft

  • omg its so beautiful touch it and you die!

  • there's a cookie on the bottom

  • Sooo...this is the Earth's butthole?

  • @TheMechaunicorn No, that would be Detroit, MI.

  • 凄い

  • Throw a rock man :)

  • @Bocecar because of people throwing rocks and coins into the pool it's lost part of its beauty and has changed over the years, the hot water flowing into it is cut off because of the clogging in the pool, so try to keep those rocks to yourself when you visit. ;)

  • woudnt want that water in my tea

  • It's the portal to another world!!!

  • thats prolly the door to Hades place..

  • what happens if someone puts there hand in there?

  • LOL ^^^^^! xxx

  • the minerals create the cool colours

  • i dont know what a pring is so can someoe give mme more information about it cuz its so col

  • omkg that is so scary how deep is it

  • It look very deep. >_<

  • i heard that people used to throw garbage in there and that's why the colors aren't as bright as they used to be what douchebags

  • The music is gay!

  • "Glory Hole"

  • ...g헐

  • @HEEROCKSS best comment of the onth rofl rofl

  • is the water hotter then lava?

  • @billiejinman no lol but the water is heated by the lava

  • @billiejinman it would be steam not water anymore lol

  • waaaaoouu :)

  • haha low budget porno music :)

  • @HEEROCKSS ROFL. Funniest thing I've seen all week! :D

  • @HEEROCKSS Ahahahah, this comment made my day.

  • @HEEROCKSS If he use normal music, the Video will be not allowed in Germany. Its better to hear this music, switch of the sound andwatch this video.

  • So I take it you can't swim here..

  • it looks beautiful!

  • Dats sadako's home, the sadako's eye

  • So is there like a clear crystal layer on top? Or is it just very still water?

  • they say that bacteria so you don´t jump in.. the orange is due to the soil..

  • it looks like a other galexy wtf im getting scary!!

  • bobba fet fell in there during the last episode of star wars, the return of the jedi!

  • It's amazing!!

  • I was waiting for a massive implosion.

  • thats a load a crap i def stuck my equipment in and shit's HUGE now lol

  • if i were there i would find something on the ground pick it up and throw it in there just to see what happens.

  • @ochocino85boy

People have already been doing that for over half a century at least... The pool used to be more vibrant in color (brighter blue and orange and stuff) and now it's kind of faded in color... because of people throwing stuff in there. It plugs up the vent way down so the pool doesn't get as heated as it should and "clean it" so to speak.

So people shouldn't throw stuff in it. It's ruining the beauty of the pool.

  • One time they induced an eruption and it was amazing how much stuff came out.

  • @ochocino85boy me 2 how ccan u not resist

  • its kinda creepy

  • Well, we can find out where the pool of death leads. Geologist that study the earth have special instruments and as for being able to swim that would be impossible There is bacteria Thermus aquaticus the reside. An actual living organism, i couldnt believe it.

  • i was there 10 years ago, i was diving here.......some hot but i was happy.....JUST KIDDING JEJE

  • so its hot inside??? has anybody ever jumped in there??? and where does in lead???

  • boiling hot. i read about one dude that jumped in to save someone else's dog. he recieved third degree burns to his entire body including his eyes and died within the hour.

  • whats the story balomori wouldnt you like to know?

  • Amazing: )

  • saw it

  • I believe it's archebacteria or however you spell it.

  • i think it is awesome that everyone is like this is so cool i cant wait to go it will be my first time when i live right next to it i can go whenever you know? amazing

  • It's beautiful. What time of year were you here because there's no people. I'm going at the end of Aug. into September, will it still be mobbed with people still?

  • probably not. i was there at the end of june and there werent too many people. just look out for mosquitos!!

  • its a giser

  • lol i been to yellowstone last year!! i saw that old faithful gyseri didnt find the morning glory :( but i did see the emreld pool

  • how deep is it?

  • i wish you could know but i think it is impossible because of the boiling water and acid (i was wondering the same thing)

  • can you throw a rock in it?

  • No, the Morning Glory Pool is immune to rocks...

  • spits it right back at ya

  • so what happends when u go in it?

  • you die couse you will get burned, its like boiling water in a pan n putting your hands in it

    dont try it lol

oh n its a super volcano sow if it erupts witch it is someday,

it would kill alot of people the ash from the volcano would go across the united states

  • its not a volcano u idiot!! its just a pool and the water is extreamly hot because some of earths lava core got a way out of the core wich the lava reached the water that caused it to heat up and then they started the yellowstone national park

  • Holy 80's music lol :P

... will someone plz answer the people below me? I wana know to :/

  • Google Yellowstone and read all about it - you are sitting in front of an encyclopaedia and still need to ask questions??

  • If I wanted to look it up myself I wouldnt have asked.

  • Lazy git!!

  • Haha thats what youtube does to us :P

  • Nice spider :)

  • How do morning glory pools get created?

  • whats in the hole? can someone scuba dive down there?

  • how hot is that pool?

  • and down there stoop, it´s "volcanic super heated water"

  • Arschloch! What is it than? It looks like water, I never was there and I´m just interested!

  • wouldn´t water evaporate by a temperature higher than 100°C, how hot is it really??

  • it's not water retard

  • wow

but what is the melody's name :) ?

  • A beautiful scenery! =)

  • i wonder what wiould happen if someone would go deep into there...

  • hahahahaha really??

  • i wonder if anybody has ever thrown something in there

  • yeah, it used to be all blue but since people constantly throw things in there like coins, sticks, and trash it has clogged up part of the vent and has cooled the tempuratues causing the red, yellow, and orenge to appear around the outsides

  • no, the diffrent colors are caused by the bacteria that thrive in the super-heated water

  • what i ment was that the trash, rocks, sticks, etc. caused less heat to get in so the bacteria can no longer survive

  • "Several entryways have been clogged due to objects being thrown in by tourists, reducing the hot water supply, and in turn altering the overall appearance of the pool."

  • humans kill everything

  • agreed.

  • volcanic super heated water. I thing it is heat loving bacteria.

  • when i went there last summer my tour guide told me that if you go in there your body will completely melt in less than 5 sec

  • lol id find a dead bird or something and throw it in there just to find out

  • @kkangandy07 lovely

  • @kkangandy07 Sounds pleasant...

  • @kkangandy07 when ever i go ill be sure to take a mouse to test if your tour guide was right lol

  • @kkangandy07 He probably just said it to keep your ass away from it.

  • @kkangandy07

As long as its water there the idea that u would melt in 5 seconds is entirely stupid.

you might become cooked after a while....

  • @1kevmon

Exactly. There is essentially nothing (other than maybe a huge nuclear reactor that you could never get inside of anyway) that could possibly just melt you down in 5 seconds. It's just hot water and minerals, and you would be scalded, blistered, die rapidly, and just float in it cooking like "mom's chicken." You wouldn't go anywhere, and you would still be recognizable as a human body for a very long time.

  • @kkangandy07

Really? is this water inside the "pool" so hot? Or is it another reason?

  • @kungsledden1 It's Acid

  • @kkangandy07 i think its a good thing to get rid of people :P i had wish we had it over here hahah

  • @jamarkja Great CSI episode!! :)
