It should be at something like: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps. Once you've found the file, open it (with the GCF program) and open the folders in this order: tf-sound-vo. In this folder is the .wav file "medic_laughhappy03". Bring up Sound Recorder (start-All Programs-Accesories-Entertainm­ent), hit 'File'-'open...' to import the file and 'Effects'-'Reverse'!

the medic's problem is his physbox not his joints, there is a fix for the physboxes that help you pose his left arm and also fixes bugs with other classes aswell, they are also really flexible
