@bearstearn3. Perhaps, but he made some terrible decisions while running Merrill Lynch: Asking the board for $10 Million after the BoA deal and spending million of dollars to renovate his office. This is while the firm was laying off thousands of employees and losing money for investors due to toxic loans.

If you see him, can you please ask him what he did with the $35,000.00 commode with legs he purchased with the firm money (He did pay it all back I heard).
