And I happen to know of another cartoon series, "Ovide and the Gang" from 1987, which is somewhat a "kiddie" version of South Park, but the characters are animals, it takes place on an island, and it's VERY appropriate for children. Which is why I wish TV programming nowadays would have Ovide on instead of South Park.
