I Love to see the young people continuing a great tradition of fine music. This means when I'm dead and gone this music will live on.... just like Beethoven has these many and I do mean many years.
I know people that have been playing their whole lives that couldn't pull this off. This is fantastic. For some young kids who don't have the years behind their playing, this is completely amazing. For the rest of the bar bands in the world, this is also amazing. Well bloody done!
Really amazing cover... I went in Marseille to see Crimson at the time (march 74)... the young violonist really has understood the spirit of the song... thanks for this remarkable performance !
@mahoyin Yeah...but it would have been even nicer had she been in key. Still, I give them an A+. Any young people interested in serious music should be commended.
Good job! Nice to see people who weren't even sparkles in their parents eyes when KC recorded this classic covering it so well. They have captured the essence of the song.
Whoever you are...keep on doing what you're doing.
Yes, an excellent performance there, it seemed though at the end like they were lising confidence in their skills or perhaps they had gone over the time alloted them.
coulda fooled me, Mijmark. They didn't go for the full roundhouse ending like on the KC lp, perhaps, but neither did they wuss out, per se, for the ending.
She might not exactly be jumping for joy, but DAMN she almost hit that solo freaking spot on. Mr. Cross would be impressed. A fine, fine effort - try "Fracture" next, o.k.?
the violinist made a perfect imitation !!

great effort, drums are overpowering and violin is slighlty flat. But it could far worse. the could be playing Westlife...
mensamoo 1 year ago
not bad, but it took a few measures to get into time together, then again that's pretty fucking good for this song. So much fun to play this one.

La violinista suona in ottave troppo basse, e con poca dinamica, peccato.

@RobinB84 well she did learn it note for note which is respectable, but there's absolutely no gusto from her, she looks bored

Great! I really like this one - although the bass is not loud enough!. Turn it up, keep the rest like it is!

Nice. For all the shows I've seen in AP, I've never been to the Baronet! The Fast Lane II & Asbury Lanes are next door.

The violin solo was liquid sex. That snare sound your drummer has is strange, but very original.
