Well, he's using a 12 string so its prob a little different than the standard 6 string.

But it looks like he's using G, D, C, G7, and of course muting the strings and struming.

I'm also pretty new to the guitar so I'm not 100% sure.

Really good! Just a suggestion, if you listen to the original, he does minor "pauses" and emphasizes mutes a little bit more than usual between power chords, give it a more "blues-like" tone.
