no it isnt, maybe it looks a bit like WoW but blizz took many things from Warhammer (for example the orcs are green, warhammer had the first green ones and warcraft took it from them) and every MMORPG takes some parts from other MMORPGS, but WaR is not a copy, really^^

and ps: warcraft only exists because of games workshop..blizzard was contracted to do warhammeronline, but gw pulled out and blizzard changed the game abit to put on the market and then there was another company who wanted to make war but gw pulled out on that one too
You also have to remember it looks boring cuz its a healing class =) you have to like the slow paced helping others, but if you were sumthin else like a Hammerer it look look alot more fun.
the character animiations themselves are good - the problem is combining them seamlessly. Notice how when the dwarf goes from idle to walking, the staff just jumps to a 40 degree angle. Hopefully that choppy animation look will be modified, because it basically looks like DAoC. (Talking about the animations not artwork) Not very "next gen" is it? :-\ Oh and the dying in mid air thing isnt my bag either - floating corpses ftl.
