wheelie bars on a FWD has been used for dragster for a while now, i believe since the 90's. the reasoning behind it is to reduce weight transfer to the rear and keeping weight over the front tires during launch to hold better traction. its awkward to see, but its not used to prevent wheelies obviously

Well I replied earlier, guess it didn't go through.

You'll need the plane ticket and passport to get into the US, then you'd have to drive to the race track.

The event is on Saturday and Sunday, Saturday to qualify Sunday for eliminations. Unless you plan on racing go Sunday.

Any age is allowed at the track.

Admission is $20 for Sunday, $35 for Saturday&Sunday.

$40, $50 and $100 to race, all depends on which class you are in.

I don't know about how many miles, but I would say from Richmond it's about 2 hours, maybe a little less or more. Traffic depending too.

It's going to be a high of 64 that day. You'll have to work that out into Celsius of course.
