Honestly, you can't compare the two imo. I think all fighting games have their spots. Some people love Tekken but dislike Street Fighter. Some people love Guilty Gear/BlazBlue but dislike Tekken and Street Fighter. Some people play a little bit of everything which I do. So saying Mortal Kombat is going to almost replace SSF4 is just.. not gonna happen. I'm sure MK9 will have a lot of great competition and hype. But they are both co-exist easily.

@fatty05k It's called 'armour cancelling'. It was discovered before the console release of SF4 (2 years ago). I'm not keeping anything a secret, it was common knowledge as far as I was concerned. Basically, it's cancelling the first frame of a move that has armour (not focus attacks) into another move. Search it on youtube

Your right ryu, they are different and are plausable (allthough difficult), I can do akumas 1 frame easy now too but after slot of training. My argument is the little things on this vid that give the toolassist away (the frame animation for one). On a modded version u will get glitchy anime when you screw with programing frame rates or pragrammed ASCII controllers. Like I said also.... I challenge the MAKER of the vid to show platform/setup/one cam play, not the tech noobs here, the maker.

Keep in mind that the biggest accomplishment of this vid isn't the execution (considering infinite tries) but rather the impressive exploration of the game mechanics to produce these combos. In short, being this "anti-TAS crusader" isn't really helpful, and you're just being a killjoy when there is so much to appreciate in this vid.
