  • Lots of info packed into a show like this..... I love it... but would be great to have heard some reflection from the man himself, as each element was presented... rather than zipping on to the next... none-the less.. this is great... thanks for posting... and glad to know Justin was paid this tribute !! :-)

  • aired on monday the 10th march 1997

  • ES UN GENIO, TIENE TODOS MIS RESPETOS Y ADMIRACIÓN.

  • Justin is the most beautiful man alive! Drooling all over...

  • The greatest songwriter and composer to ever walk the earth, your lyrics will transform you to a better place. Thanks Justin for the lifetime of awesome music!

  • A well deserved honor...couldn't happen to a nicer guy!!!!

  • He truly is a gentleman.

  • And have you noted....every guest that comes out to speak, Justin stands to greet them adn REMAINS STANDING like a proper gentleman....Manners like this just does not exist today. God Bless the man.

  • @Jinchengfan

    He's just unique!

  • Ah...so that's where Justin got those beautiful cheekbones....

  • @Jinchengfan

Both his parents are beautiful, that's why he's gorgeous!!!

  • This was like having Kieth Richards on the Wheel of Fortune-WHEW! THIS IS A WIERD SHOW- CANNED LAUGHTER?!?!?

  • I saw The Moody Blues last night in Clarkston, Michigan and they were awesome. I regret not becoming a fan sooner and not seeing them earlier in their career.

Justin, John, and Graham were terrific. They interacted well with an adoring crowd and played for almost 2 hours, taking a 30 minute break in the middle that suited everyone very well.

The ensemble cast (especially Norda Mullen and Gordon Marshall) were spectacular and absolutely intricate to the band's stage show.

    Just lovely!

  • What a blessed life!

To do what you love for all of your adult life, and to be so professionally and financially successful -

To be married for almost 40 years to a woman with whom you are still in love and to have a daughter in whom you can be proud!

To avoid the drug related health issues and cultural scandals!

And to come through all this with so humble and gentle an attitude!

I'm a fan of the musician and the man.

  • your comments are heartfelt and appreciated by me. he's quite the man. it reminds us how beautiful justin is. and how eloquent your perspective is!

  • Why thank you!

I'm going to see The Moody Blues this coming Sunday. I'm terribly excited.

I promise to report back and try to adequately express what I have seen and heard.

  • Justin's daughter doesn't really resemble him as much as her mother. WOW almost twins of her mother. cool Video.

  • The Hof????

  • How fascinating to see photos of his parents when they were young. His Mum, although a dainty little lady, appears to also have those long and slender Hayward legs. His brother, Richard, died rather young. I wonder if he was as strikingly attractive as Justin.

  • A fitting tribute for this incredible musician! Thanks for posting!

  • david hasselhoff?

    What the hell?

  • when did this air?

  • I believe this episode aired in 1997.

  • Thank you so much for posting this. Justin Hayward is a true gentleman. Such an amazing voice

  • This is great! I have a real bad copy of this. This is so clear, so good. I love Justin! He is the best!

  • Thank you! :)

  • 2 cool!!
