Yeah Ofcourse it is, But its a bit laggy now and then. But if you have a good internet conncetion that is fair up to date, it would be nog problem at all.

its a console cvar ( tf_birthday 1) which enables party mode , it gives players those party hats , and all gibs turn into random items
