@n00baTr00pa - for sure 5.25" isn't very much for a subwoofer and what do you expect for a 70 bucks 5.1 system but i can tell you the bass and the sound quality are really good

@PROFX2009 It surely depends on what you class as "really good" a good stereo with a AudioPro or NAD amp and a set of AudioPro or Cerwin Vega speakers kick the living shit out of that little 2.1 system you got there :P and if you know where to look. you can get a really good stereo system for the same price second hand ;)

@PROFX2009 I've had alot of issues with Logitech products, for $70 you could get a much better sounding creative set I'm sure of it.... It doesn't even have tweeters so it can not possibly have good sound quality, but I don't even use "PC" speakers, so just disregard my opinion entirely.

please reply back. how do you remove the subwoofer grill WITHOUT damaging it or leaving marks on the subwoofer box?

@Lethalis1234 - the grill is mounted with some glue, you can remove it with a small screw driver.

put it in a hole of the grill and just pop it off. the glue seal will break but you can simply put it back on and it won´t fall down again. put it back on and push a bit, you won´t see the difference

@Smutzke - yeah me too i know it´s weird but logitech subs are´n shieldet so u hear the MW radio; you can get rid from this effect if you cover the inside with tin foil, just don´t touch the elecrtonic components with it this works pretty good...

@togglify Your system isn´t defect because i play the music damn loud in the vid and i think that the noise is because Logitech Systems are very badly shieldet from signals of phones for example.

Personally I would say satellites and bass together have to bring a good sound

I have bought myself the Teufel Motiv 2 soundsystem.

The sound is increddible, from the satellites and the sub.

But the price is with about 340€ a lil bit higher than the price of the X-540 which I had before them ;)

Hey, this may sound stupid but is it possible to bust the x-530s if you turn this song up too loud?

@Axion17932 This does not sound stupid, because the X-530 is a fragile speaker system and it IS possible to blow it by overheat.

When you turn the volume to max. with satellites switched on they destroy the amp by overload.

In the video I just plugged in the sub so it can´t get over 50% output power and this is safe.

The red 3,5mm plug is only for center and sub and the center wasn´t switched on.

So go ahead and try this with yours if you want.

Yes, of course!!

It is one of  the greatest speaker systems ive ever seen in my whole life!

The sound is much better then the most other systems in this class.

I never had any problems with it any time!

So when you want to have something good than take it!!!

I think you can´t compare these two, cuz the z 2300 is much more expensive and not a 5.1, but a 2.1 system.

If you are looking for perfect 360° sound that surrounds you (it´s good for gaming and watching films and stuff) than buy the X 530.

The Z 2300 stands for a high volume and a good resilience; you know, like you can push it to very high levels and it´s THX able and so on.

But when you want to spend more money on a 5.1 I can recommend the Z 5300.

It´s X 530, just in big.

Yes, it has 3,5mm plugs so u can use it for mp3 Player and so on.

The three Cables in order:

green: lefr/right front

red: sub/center

black: left/right rear

P.S.: When u just plug in the green one for example and u remove all hte other speakerz from sub except front left and right the system will play like a 2.1.

P.P.S.: Whenn u add the black one(with Y adapdor) with only left and right connected u´ll get more bass.
