Soo many memories... I remember beating Sephiroth only with Cloud on low health together with my best friend Phil after the Credits rolled we were like half an hour just looking at this endless starfield and just being stunned... It is an experience I'll never forget! It may be not the best game ever but it's thruly a masterpiece of gaming history...

I actually only like this track because it pays homage to the best game of the series, Final Fantasy VI, by mirroring its ending soundtrack and main theme. We all know VI has the best soundtrack of the series.

The theme to FF plays in the credit roll of A Link to the Past too or at least a section sounds alot like it. I never noticed till i had both songs in a playlist and they played close to each other. I never played the first FF game at the time so I thought it was in ALTTP first. Either way they're both good closing tracks to two great games.
