  • we all know the real reason the geese just piled in......BIGFOOTS!

  • Cool

  • Cool

  • nice

  • Get a gander valley power house call will make calling sound way better and are easy to call on and sound good

  • people need to relax and give this guy a break. he killed birds. sure his calling sounds bad but so does everyone when they are switching over to a short reed call. also its his first flock of the year, come on guys you know how it feels the first time every year you get birds to drop into the dekes. its tough to make those first shots. also i don't think anyone here should be talking shit to unless they are on zinks, locked up or mhf's pro staffs cuz those guys blow everyone out of the water.

  • piss poor calling

  • idk why but i realy like this video. the calling not bad you got the right rythem nice lil comeback kickass bro

  • calling might not be the greatest but it look to me like he still got the job done......

  • i still cant believe you used your gun and foot to pin its head down........

  • and your the most pussiest hunter i ever saw put the bird down by your barrel then step on it then grab it what a pussy

  • damn you suck at calling

  • hey guys, his calling aint that bad. he sucked those birds right in and blew em up good! so u cant rely say he sucks that bad lol wat ever gets the job done

  • whata pussy, grab the dam goose with your hands

  • Was that the only flock that came in?

  • @happyhornpout yes, only flock I saw all night

  • sick people, get a life

  • wat eer dud im not here to fight im just sayin i dont no to many people that can do it im not tying to put you down or anyhting..

  • Hasqueroso video !!! Buuuu ,,, eso es diversión !!!!,??

  • You pinned its head down with a your gun????

  • i think you suck at everything you might wanna just quit life all together

  • what gun u usin looks like supernova?

  • @tboys16 not supernove regular nova, I own a Browning Gold Hunter Classic but i needed something to shoot 3 1/2" and just wanted a everyday bottom of the boat gun so Nova it was

  • ewwwwwww nasty calling bro but still good shots

  • god my fart sounded better than that call

  • i call better than that when i put a reed next to my but and fart

  • I hate when people say "No offense." It usually means they're about to say something offensive.

  • that is not how it is done you realy need a good call and a better camera man. WOW

  • @xoTaylorGirlxo clearly his calling isnt the best but clearly did the job. get off his D and the filming was good. nice job man

  • I know stuff like this happens all the time, but your giving us a bad name

  • AUSTRALIANS ARE RACIST BLOODTHIRSTY PEOPLE KILLING INNOCENT BEINGS.

  • wat a stupid hunter u r....

  • i love how everyone commenting on here hates on his calling and shit but he just called in a big flock of geese............go hunting or get a hobby or something and stop hating on people on youtube you morons

  • @pittsnogl I agree! The geese seemed to like his calling and he killed some birds so I don't see any reason to get after this guy! Also, there is no reason to fight on youtube it's very childish!

  • Well i give it to you that you did your scouting cuz those birds where landing regardless of your terrrible calling

  • cool video but the calling is bad

  • All you guys making fun of his calling. It did suck but that's why you keep on going. I sucked too when I first started out and i'm sure you guys did too so give him some slack.

  • i winged a goose the other day and it thought it would be smart to let it walk. i ended up runing 400 yards after flocks came in to go and get him!

  • man your calling sucks

  • nice job with that flock. i hear you on the short reed calls. took me about a month b4 i felt good using it in the field. you will get the hang of it. practice everytime you are driving and it wont take long. dont listen to the guys on here bad mouthing your calling. it was plenty good to get some birds in the kill range and if you listen to brids in the field they dont always have perfect clucks. they moan, bark, growl and all kinds of stuff. nice birds

  • hey man this was an awesome video..... dont listen to the other people...i just got my license couple days ago...Happy Hunting this year!

  • Comment removed

  • keep the live goose as a live decoy they work grea t and just watch he does go to far and he calls for u

  • so what if his calling sucks he killed 4 fuckin birds in one group. i know i wish i had a field like that

  • u shot 5 times not 4

  • @tboys16 no he just play the reload agine

  • Best goose calling ive ever heard!!

  • You should work on spinning the bird in a circle 4 times to break the neck if you have to. Or simply buy a box of expert 3" 4's for cripple killers, they are cheap and you owe it to the animal. Hope you aren't hard up for 44 cents a shell? Be a little more respectful next time you upload a video, the whole "chase scene" is very pathetic.

  • u should learn to call u might kill more

  • just a little tip for you when calling make sure you have your hands comfortable on where you call they dont have to be in a fixed position and try saying who hut and see if that helps to other thyan that good calling for 1 month nice shooting to great goose steup to

  • hey dude nice couple shot..... but i think that is some of the worst calling i have heard since i tried to teach my grandma. and no that is not how its done. one bird of every shot is how its done. five shots five birds. ok thats how its done.

  • @bigZZ21 actually i only took four shots and I did get four birds... i just played the reload in slow mo... and i know the calling sucks should be better this year... i only had a month to practice and it was my first short reed so cut me a little slack

  • @bigZZ21 dude you cant hit a bird every time you pull the trigger constantily... enless your shotting them on the ground but no one can do that i dont care if your tom knap or tim bradly you just cant do it..

  • @bucksk8 You must suck at shooting then, those of us who practice often and use proper technique can do it on a regular basis.

  • @bigZZ21 u only get 3 shots at migratory birds

  • @youthunter you are correct you only get three shots in your gun... which i expelled and was quick enough to reload and get another shot off... completely legal.

  • my dad always brings a louisville slugger into the blind he hates braking necks but loves baseball.

  • wow you blow dick at calling lol and i mean that in the most loving way posible

  • Yeah, you're ringing it's neck incorrectly bud. Pick the bird up from the neck and spin it perpendicular to the ground while making sure you have a tight grip. You should only have to spin it two to three times before it snaps. Glad you're enjoying the sport, and I'm just trying to offer some advice so you can end the animal's suffering as quickly as possible. Keep on smackin em!

  • i guess they need to teach how to properly ring a birds neck in hunters safety.great choice on uploading a video that not only made you look dum,but give the rest of us a bad image

  • @rockybirddog Obviously you're the most ethical hunter in the world.. what happened wasn't intentional, my goal is to humanely dispatch every bird i harvest, unfortunately this did not happen. I'm not sure if you know or not but even professional hunters wound animals and even Jeff Foiles sometimes need to ring a birds neck twice, watch falling skies! You my friend attacking people within the hunting community give us a bad image if we can't get along who expects the public to join us!

  • @Bermtown we all cripple geese it is part of our sport.when i ring a gooses neck i actually feel the break in the bone.if you feel the break it is over quick.i was suprised you added some gay music to the end where you chase the goose down, like it is funny ? that goose looked pretty alive as it ran away.tighten up the grip on those palm-olive hands, quit being such a pussy and ring the fuckn neck

  • @rockybirddog You're quite dumb aren't you. First of all chasing down that goose was funny and anytime my friends have to do the same I laugh. Secondly, by gay you mean stupid right? Thirdly, of course the goose was alive, it was winged and I didn't ring it's neck. If you notice in the video when I walk to pick up the goose it's laying there motionless, I thought it was dead, I picked it up it never moved, threw it on the pile, it got up and ran. From now on i'll just call the coroner 2 b sure.

  • @Bermtown not really sure and i hate people who talk smack when commenting on something they disliked, but the filming for a hat cam i found was good shaky obviously but its first person not an easy thing to do and i enjoy those videos more, BUT on a different note that bird was suffering and only my oppinion but instead of running at him i would have just put another shot to him, would have ben faster, iam all about hunting as long as its quick and humane, but to each his own just my thoughts

  • wow dude no offense but your calling sucks

  • I had a similiar exp. Except mine was a little more fun. I dropped a bird, i knew it wasn't dead, threw around round in the camber and shot it, it's head went down, so i get up, not taking the gun, go to the bird, and as i start to get up closer to it, it's head pops up and it takes off running. haha! i was running around after it for like 10 minutes, all the while the rest of my crew is making an ass outa me

  • lol when you said the goose has nine lives, i have to tell you a story about when that happened to me. i was hunting geese, shot one, rung it's neck (i was sure it was dead) and put it behind my blind. after the next flock of geese came in my buddy looks back and says "isnt that your bird?" it was walking away ten minutes after "killing it" its neck was twisted and broken and its wing anf foot were almost off! but it was the biggest bird i have ever killed in 20 years of hunting!

  • you got good calling know how and all calls but i think you need a different call, cause it's kinda bad sounding. but other than that nice killing and good vid. I AM NOT HATING, i am just trying to give you tips!

  • your ringing its neck backwards. damn man, no wonder it ran away. Keep twisting until the neck clearly breaks. Please learn to finish your birds, that ruined what was a pretty cool video.

  • in december i went goose hunting at the chesapeke bay in a blind. and shot one with a 12 gage.i was all coverd in camo. in january i am going deer hunting.

  • @bittnerbabe Congratulations... No better adrenaline rush than harvesting an animal. Keep up the good work and good luck when you go deer hunting.

  • @bittnerbabe ok you fucking dumb ass. we dont care if you are going deer hunting ok this is about goose hunting not shooting a deer at 10 ft with a .300 win mag.

  • I know the first couple of weeks of the opening season in Idaho isnt very good really slow with lots of little groups but as it gets colder and colder the groups get massive and its all day shooting

  • @Eminemfollower89 Yeah it's hard to be consistent until the migrators get to town... takes a good cold snap up north to get them moving. Can you guys hunt swans and sandhills in Idaho?

  • Lol the calling it so bad lol

  • damn i wish i lived in wisconsin lol u dont use to many decoys do u?

  • @joshcorr1 Well this was the first day of the season so at that time there aren't too many geese around, so I only put out a small spread of full bodies... making it look as natural as possible.... as it gets later on in the season and the migrators start showing up I put out up to 70+ decoys.. 46 full bodies with 2 dozen silhouette mixed in with a couple ducks... All depends on the number of geese I witness in the field when i scout.

  • @Bermtown shit thats a lot of decoys i wish i had the cash to pull that out. But looks like good hunting man

  • where do u hunt? i like the vid and by far the fastest re loader ive ever seen that was sick

  • @joshcorr1 I hunt around the Fond du Lac area in Wisconsin... just South of Lake Winnebago and north of the Horicon Marsh....

  • nice calling

  • Well the Department of Natural recourses, which I work for in the state of Michigan. We are only allowed to harvest so many animals a day per year. This allows the animals to mate and keep plenty for the years to come. I'm not trying to be rude, but you thinking that we hunt for the mere pleasure of killing is ignorant and farfetched. We do it because it allows us to spend time with family and friends, but also at the same time harvest meat that isn't full of nasty chemicals and hormones.

  • i shot kents for 3 years than a buddy of mine gave me a box of estates and i will never shot another shell again...kents are teriable compared to estates and there cheaper

  • @sponge0777 Everyone has their own preference I just prefer to shoot the shells that have better feed back and better ratings... I've never had a problem with KENT... any shell will do the job if you point it in the right direction!

  • Reality: How many hours did it take her to chip away at her shell? How many months did she spend following her mother? How many attempts before her wings lifted her skyward? How many miles did she fly on her first migration? How many warm breaths per mile does she take as she flies up above on a field of clouds? How many storms has she endured? How many predators has she escaped? How many babies has she brought into the world? How many breaths did she take after you shot her?

  • @JohnnyRockster13 Well enough to get her to that field, you tree, hugging, hippi. If it wasn't for us you would be hitting deer everyday, and the animals would be destroying property as they are already doing. The snow geese are wiping out the tundra's at and alarming rate, so take your hippi bull shit and get the fuck out of here. You would be alive if it wern't a nessecity to go out and harvest wild game.

  • @Vy10n1s Your attitude is that of a weak-minded extremist believing everything he reads or hears. How has the tundra survived millions of years without gunpowder? Do answer that one for me, please. I'm not the enemy here, you are with your attacks on animals and those who speak out on their behalf to arrogant humans who are under the illusion they are somehow better. Wild animals never kill for sport. Man is the only one to whom the torture and death of his fellow creatures is amusing in itself.

  • @Vy10n1s It is no longer necessary to harvest wild game for food. I will agree that deer are a growing problem. Approx. 150 motorists a year die from deer strikes. In parts of New Jersey there are approx. 200 deer per square mile. Lack of predators no doubt. Ticks and Lyme disease, a more indirect effect from deer, also kill humans. The root cause is directly related to man's population explosion. It's a push-pull of nature. We've definitely created a huge responsibility for ourselves.

  • @Vy10n1s I would like to publicly retract my opinion of your attitude. It was premature of me and I apologize. I did some research on snow geese and now agree there is indeed a problem. It stems from snow geese wintering in the central US and eating winter wheat, and leftover crops. Again, man has created this problem and it's our responsibility to balance it. Thank you for the lesson in nature and in my own judgment.

  • kool i have that one to

  • i love the end when you were chasing it down

  • hey man to much air thro the call

  • you need to change your hand position when you wring their necks hold them just below the white stripe and wring it where your hand was to low on the neck guarenteed dead no more dead geese walkin'

  • hey man what kind of blind

  • ANd howmany decoys did u put out

  • It's a cabela's mobile 1 layout in Max 4 and had about 12-14 Bigfoot decoys out

  • what kind of blind

  • No better feeling then when you see a flock of geese coming right towards you!

  • You need to get a box of swatter loads(2 3/4 in low base six or seven shot) remington and winchester make them. they may save a broken ankle some day.

  • Mitch your are the man....but it sure seems like your calling has come along way !!! lol

  • Get rid of that flute and get a short reed call. Harder to learn but sounds far better. I also recommend that you set up much closer to your decoys.

  • The call is actually a Foiles Stait Meat Honker... just hadn't been using it long enough to get the perfect sound out of it.... as far as the set up... I wanted the geese focused on the dekes not on my blind and I'm a good enough shot I don't have to be in the dekes... I actually killed 4 birds out of that flock (didn't find the other til the next morning...oops) so I think I did alright.

  • Thats the exact same call I use. Dont get me wrong, Im not telling you your doing anything wrong. Just figured I throw in my 2 cents. Hard to complain about 4 birds. I guess to me that sounded alot like a flute call.

  • @Bermtown What shells do you recomend for geese?

  • Well I would definitely recommend shooting KENT shells they are cheap and shoot like top of the line I'm shooting 3 1/2" BB, last year I shot 3" #1's and though I did kill geese I won't shoot anything smaller than BB for geese anymore as they put alot more geese on the ground!

  • @Bermtown Thanks!

  • @Bermtown I shoot the same load, and they're wicked! Good choice. Where do you live that you have an early season for Canada's? I live in Upstate NY and they only let us hunt them in September.

  • @OnchiotaNeck Well we too start hunting in Sept. but from Sept. 1st to the 15th it's called "Early Season" and we are allowed to take a 5 birds limit... this is because the migrators haven't showed up yeat and the DNR wants to control the local goose population but starting the 16th we're only allowed 2 geese per day.

  • Oh yeah, I forgot the weird seasoning on them where it's an early season then it starts back up again after a break. I hunt around Lake Champlain and it starts out as 5 per day, then during regular season it's only 3. Can't wait for it to open back up! I'm sick of the snow geese not coming in to our decoys!

  • u need to work on your calling

  • no friends? get some

  • good hunt but terrible video

  • sorry i meant you need to learn abit more about your hat cam . we coud not see the shot at the bird . the calling was great.

  • Dont know how many times that last fourth shell comes in handy

  • yea still alot more to learn .

  • how the geese came in and were perfect?...he even had time to grab another shell you ask me your the one who needs to learn a little about hunting before opening your mouth

  • Really nice job with the hat cam, keep it up brother!

  • Really loved the video!!! Crazy how you got a 4th shot off!!! Nice ; )
