Ebay Should not be allowed to hold new sellers money! They are on a power Trip! I have been selling on ebay for 6 months and i still have a selling limit of 10 items a month....and they hold my money for about 3 weeks before they release it to me...even after the buyer leaves excellent feed back! Its bull....and to make it worse the customer service does not even speak English! It means the money i pay ebay goes to India or some other country! no wonder we are all in debt!...Big company's SUCK!

There is something you can do.. You can give that buyer negative feeback and tell in the description that he returned your dress to you and it was only last nights garbage in the box he sent back to you with a tracking number, and he scammed you out of a refund.. tell other sellers to beware of this buyer in the neg feedback description and explain the above is why.. Then no one else will sell to him.. he will have to keep opening new accts at eBay and Paypal.. then he will have feedback of 0.

I'm sorry but you are a bit out of date.The new ebay rules do not allow the seller to leave negative feedback.You can only leave positive feedback.You see sellers don't matter,only buyers,except when it comes to paying fees.Sellers are replaceable.In fact when the new rules started rolling in,CEO Donahue when asked if the rules might eliminate a lot of sellers was quoted as saying" I have no problem with that"

I have 1344 postive feedbacks on ebay this year and 1 negative feedback and I am restricted by ebay, and paypal is holds my money for 21 days. Lets start a revolution or ebay boycott. They treat sellers like garbage.If paypal is holding our money they should be paying us interest. look for a boycott ebay facebook sight coming soon.

I have been selling on Ebay for about five years. Like any business it has problems. If you don't have what it takes to make it work then get off and leave it alone. My experiences have been very positive but maybe it is because I don't complain about everything like a lot of you seem to enjoy doing.

I Agree with you 100% ! I sold an item on eBay in "PERFECT" working order, took pictures, packed and shipped UPS with shipping and insurance. Buyer received the item days go by and then he starts sending me emails that the item doesn't work. files a claim with paypal and is immediately refunded all his money. I'm out shipping, ebay fees, paypal fees and the hard drive this "customer" stole from my unit. Sell your item somewhere else. Stay clear of EBay/Paypal. Scammers are there, waiting for you

The problem is as a seller you wanna sell in the biggest market. eBay unfortunately is on top and has been forever. It's frustrating cos even though I wanna go on to something else, I won't get the same amount of buyers.

yeah nothen like getting 300 dollars on hold forever because the postage ppl didnt scan in delivery stat and paypal put me on hold for 21days because i had to switch my email due to the fact my email got hacked and i wasnt aware "no one can hack paypal"
