TUTORIAL Creating video for iPods in Premiere CS3

Hey awesome tutorial!

I just got one small problem.

In the export window, when I wanna choose my format, I only get 4 options: Window media, quick time, flash and a fourth one that I forgot.

Any idea what's the problem here?

question... can i open a 3gpp video on this software? coz in windows media maker you cant open it..

why would you want to open it in PPro? It's an output format not an editing one. If you need to open it - Quicktime. It's a QT codec so use that. If you can get the Full version of it you can export the clip in an editing format like MOV or AVI.

do you think it will be too difficult for me to use Adobe Pro cs3 to make movies because or should i just stick with Windows Movie Maker. i am asking because i am only 12.

good question, my young friend. I think the hardest thing about Premiere for new users is setting up a project. Once you do that, it will be way easier to edit in Premiere than Windows Movie Maker. In the end, it all depends on your preference and what you're doing with it. But I think you can handle Premiere. Give it a shot.

same problem as gerar10s...in Adobe Media Encoder, I get no options under export settings besides Adobe Flash, Quicktime, Real Media and Windows Media. Anyone know what I'm missing? an update? or is it getting those options from another Adobe program?

If you're using a demo of Premiere or a bootlegged copy, you probably won't have those options. I don't know if this is your situation, but this might be the problem. You might also try downloading and installing the Premiere CS3 content that ships with Premiere. That might help.

After Effects is much better for animating. Premiere is for editing video.

Thanks for the Video but I tried to do it and when I go to the Export Settings ----> Format I only get "Adobe Flash Video", "Quicktime", "Real Media", "Windows Media" as options. Nothing else.

CS3 I don't know if there's more than one CS3 Premiere like there's with Photoshop.
