@mcory88 For xp yea, But I think you missed the point of this. You get 10 int at the start to pump up your skills, the once you leave Goodsprings, you can reset your special stats however you like.

@espica Yes. Follow this guide exactly, the once you're level 30+, go to the goodsprings graveyard. Once at the graveyard, try to attract a giant radscorpion from around the area without getting the message to rebuild your character, then make a save. Once you leave Goodsprings, you will become level 1 and get like 90 000xp and rebuild your character the way you want, while keeping the extra perks mentioned in the video. And make sure to sell the 9mm ammo at gun runners for the implants.

Pass 1:

Perks that have SPECIAL requirements will stay in your perk list, but if your second pass SPECIAL stats do not meet min requirements they will not be active.

In general only chose skill and level dependent perks on pass 1.

Watching this video should clear up any questions you have from my post here.

I have no qualms using these glitches. I already won the game "properly" now it's time to have fun. besides, I felt kind of cheated when I found out you don't get a perk at every level like you could in Fallout 3. To all the people bitching: why would you buy a game if you don't want to see/do/find everything you can? I don't want to spend a year and a half to see everything the game has to offer. I still get a shitload of playtime out of it even if I have an "unfair advantage".

@Seversher there is a glitch out that does it alot faster than this im taliking 5 minutes and youre done heres how to do it. 1.get a varmint rifle night scope 2.get 5 mantis legs (it is a really weird glitch and it does work) 3.go up to the cemetary 4.using scope look over to the right and shoot a giant radscorpian it must be a giant too 5. make it chase you up there and once its up there kill it. 6. drop everything out of inventory except mantis legs  continued on next post

7. Open the giant radscorpians inventory and keep putting in the mantis legs and taking them out without closing the inventory screen and you will get 100 xp everytime you put them in and take them out.

This glitch does exactly what TheRoyandre's glitch does just faster It really is a WTF glitch but it works and its not patched

last level you raise perks is 34..the reason is that i want the perk laser commander,and for that you need 90 in skills..so i need the skillbooks,so from level 32 i have 2 level to raise all my skills also.but remember soon there will be a 2nd chapter to the story(release 17/4) then i think you can level to 40. this will give you 40 perks.

I think there is one more trick, sometimes when I go to New Vegas Freeside and save the game, then reload it from the menu - it changes the levelcap, not only in this loaded savegame, but on the entire gaming session.

After loading the savegame, my levelcap increased to 50, so I loaded old savegame made​in the general store, and continued to pass speech/barter check until i'm reach level 50

some part i found out on wikia some i found out myself,by playing the game over and over again..I made a perfect walkthrough then i found out,when i was gonna play over then run goodspring run.quest..and i kill both parts..and i found out you get infinity 9mm ammo and also leather armor..then i found out after leveling up same time that (i knew you could set my skills again after i leave goodspring..then i suddenly see more perks,,and i found out that some perks did not disappear.

also the part with the items (selling i found out that he had 5000caps when i started from main menu instead of 500 caps this happens only from main menu.I think this is the Only and best way to get max skills since you also can raise many of your special skills , mean you even get more skill points.(if you raise special by 1 you get 3 more skill points in the skills the special involve.(i found out i had higher max damage than it says on wikia.(guns,energy,melee and unarmed,explosives)

only bad thing is that i need re made my perfect walkthrough i already spend 100 of hours to make,since i think this will be a more perfect guide and my skills was higher and i had double up with perks.

In the new guide i will focus on skills books first then all unique weapons(since i making a all weapon guide also) then i will take quest and all unmarked quest.I will release a list of all unmarked quest ,all quest all weapons,with upgrades,telling skills in hide and cation mode.(checkout list)
