WMM (Vista) Tutorial-Scan Line (Sony Vegas like effect in WMM)

@SpringLambxo I downloaded them. The links to download them are in the description box. I only have WMM for Vista, so that's how I figured it out on mine. I don't have XP WMM. This only works for Vista WMM. That's what the title says. Idk. If you were able to get the same effects for XP WMM it may or may not work. But like I said before, this tutorial is only for Vista WMM only, I don't have XP WMM so I don't know how it would work for it. Sorry.
