I have been looking for this movie for forever, but I never knew the name. I thought it was just a boogeyman movie from the 80's.

I used to watch this all the time when I was a kid. I only got scared when Mr. Boogedy's face popped up in the crystal ball. They just don't make movies like they used too.

Thank you for posting this. I still think of this movie from time to time. I was too young to really retain all of it, but I always remember watching it at latchkey after school, and all the kids were transfixed by the tv when it was on. And there was one actor in particular that I still see in films, Eugene Levy. He ALWAYS reminds me of Bride of Boogedy, even though he's been in a hundred movies since then. I love the way this movie makes me feel.
