I was actually there! I came out of Primark about 30 seconds to the end :( I never actually saw it from a view like this... and with the t-mobile advert they did 11 takes throughout the day to make sure they got all the footage they needed. A few more people wouldve been good but the flashmobs where they have 10,000 people are just too much. I dont think we caused an inconvenience to anyone but hey "bloody students" can never do right can they.

well.. I had fun. I dont think it matters that it had been done before. It would have been better if there were less people waiting around at the start which made people pretty suspicious, but thats just annoying people that want to watch but not join in. If the budget was available to secretly hire dancers and choreographers then it would have been alot easier to keep a surpise. But as students, relying on fellow students, I think it turned out pretty well, especially for a first attempt.

I thought it was valuable to be fair. If you wanted invaluable criticism, i think 'jimmpeaks1' said it best. Roll out the red carpet for you for 'organising' it though, give yourself a pat on the back!

Arent flashmobs clever! Well, yeah they are pretty impressive when its completely spontaneous, well timed, and theres enough people. Unfortunately, this was none of those things! It didnt come across as an object of the general public suddenly bursting into a dance as others so brilliantly have done, more as just students being an annoying inconveniance on the highstreet! Embarrassing really, i wish i never showed up.
