Great video, thoroughly enjoyed this and the other videos you have on here. Are any of these in extended play available to purchase? Loved the blue/grey Mk3 coaches, often travelled between Glasgow/Euston in these in the 70/80s - though 5hours with that bright Orange seating hurt the eyes! Great to see full loco hauled passenger rake taking the Salop line, spent most of time taking that curve in heritage dmu en route to Central Wales. Thanks for posting, a real treat to watch

The rear loco is known as a Thunderbird, and is there in case the 56's break down. With the vintage of those Class 56s, the more backup the better. I think. :D

57311 was used as ETH and also hauled the train Bristol - Bath - Bristol.Good video m8
