your handstand is smack next to the wall! can you help me out? if a person can't go all the way into the wall, what is the source of impedement (closed shoulders maybe?) and what is the remedy? (is the shoulder stretch on the wall you have in your backbend video the relevant thing?) i'd apprreciate the advice, there's no proffesional over here that can help me out....
You are exactly right. If you cannot get all the way against the wall the problem is in your shoulder algnment.. The shoulder stretch in my backbend video is the stretch you need to do .Also rember to keep your head down in handstand.You have a very good eye for things.
Wow I have been waiting for you to post a Handstand training video. Will doing the Wall Handstand help me correct the alignment? In my video even though I can balance my low back is arched and hollow. I am trying but I can't find how.
This is truly inspiring. I wish I can land my front splits and start my over split training. I am literally only two inches from the ground. Any advice? I have been at this point for a while and just can't get there.
Can you make a video of you step outs because I think contortionist doing back and front handspring stepouts are pretty cool!!!
