The type of people who are portrait in the movie as abusers are the least likely to abuse a Filipina. Why not make a movie about an Arab family who more likely to do that kind of abuse to a Filipina? Respond to this video... I often get frustrated by Americans for letting Filipinos generalize them as abusers and human traffickers. I was able to watch the movie yesterday and the movie is so touching. Ang pelikulang may kurot sa puso. Please watch the movie and from there you will realize the worth of your parents sacrifices. A movie that will touch your heart and value you mother. It will surely enlighten your mind na gagawin lahat ng magulang ang alam niyang makakabuti para sa kanyang pamilya at mga anak. Very touching but I think it's unfortunate that the abusers in this scenario is unfortunately creating the horrible generalization that all upper class white Americans are like this to their servants. :( It's definitely unintentional and the director did not want to make any racist commentary but it's just especially the way with how the trailer makes it out to be that "ALL WHITE PEOPLE ARE EVIL!"

The type of people who are portrait in the movie as abusers are the least likely to abuse a Filipina. Why not make a movie about an Arab family who more likely to do that kind of abuse to a Filipina? Respond to this video... I often get frustrated by Americans for letting Filipinos generalize them as abusers and human traffickers. I hate seeing them marching down on Madison Avenue in New York yelling with their large signs chatting "stop trafficking our people" It's all directed at the American spectators. Maybe some Americans do it but I don't believe that it is typical and they should direct their anger at their fellow Filipinos. This is wrong!
