NO! diss on Mr Cartoons work its good but, I still think Jose Lopez "Boxer" from Low Rider Tattoo is better. Only reason Cartoon is up there cuz He was good friends with Cypress Hill back in the day and he tatted some of them up. Thats why he has celebrity costumers referrals from Cypress Hill.
