Usually my criteria for an action movie to be good is that the action is stylish and optionally, never seen before, which this looks to be. Also I seem to see an anime type of influence with all the very cool jumping ninja stuff. I expected this type of style from Ninja Assassin's which the director James Mcteigue even stated that an anime, Samurai Champloo, was an influence but the movie just featured a bunch of sloppy, shaky camera work. The fight scenes were not stylish as promised either.
