Ruh, Breath of Life, is given by God, which is a paradoxical void, the designer of all dimensions, and the soul, the spiritfree self. Spirits are ghosts of unreal concepts, such as idolatry, believing in an infinite universe (common, while it is really finite, and God is the only infinite), or modern concepts such as "homophilia is natural". Or anything similar. However to deassociate the simple acknowledgement and meditation of "There is no lifeforce but Paradox Void" will do! Peace.

Listening to this again - what brilliance! Shamrock shares many different points of wisdom...esp. what he said about handling the spiritual business of life from the perspective of the witness (so many ways to do this - Walter Russell & his wife Lao called that 'space' "the fulcrum" or some call it the zero point [of awareness], etc.).

Loved what he said about breathwork, too + his fabulous understanding of the 'negative' aspect(s) of being. Once again another fantastic interview-thank you!
