Look Everybody. The song is about alot of great GOSPEL musicians (Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin, etc) getting together for a party. The party was so loud, non christians started coming in, thinking it was a regular club. Just wanted to clarify for those saying "Why would Christians go to the club?" For thos that do not understand, if you tpe in Canton Jones explains the song in the club, he explains that awhile back Coco Brother rented the club 112 out in Atlanta for Christians and it was Canton Jones, Kirk Franklin an Kierra KiKi Sheard there. He said it was about 1500-2000 believers there an those that were not believers that didn't know that the club had been rented out to for Christians to come and kick it for the Lord in a major way. im a teenager and i used 2 listen 2 canton jones before i was saved, only mainly because my parents wanted me 2 listen to christian music. I can honestly say after getting saved listening 2 people in the 116 clique and such really help my soul more than this music, and when i show 116 musik 2 friends they know the difference. I have faith this can plant a seed and i cant judge God's servant, but things in this song like certified lame and stuntin in bentleys have nothing 2 do with the gospel.

Because this is Christian song it is my opinion that the words you fill in the blank should be Christlike. But who has time to be deep when the need for the word of God is so imperative. Paul writes in Corinthians that I rather speak 5 words that are understood then to speak 1000 words that you cannot. Im not sure what to think of this song! It sounds ok in one way and in another it doesn't sound right. I would love for Canton to explain himself or put out a unbleeped version. Canton has a video on here with an explanation of the song and if you read the lyrics you'll understand where he's coming from and what he's talking about in the song.

Canton Jones' censoring the word Christian, in my opinion, was a very creative way to show how the same people the world is trying to shut out are taking over the world's territory.

Look Everybody. The song is about alot of great GOSPEL musicians (Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin, etc) getting together for a party. The party was so loud, non christians started coming in, thinking it was a regular club. Just wanted to clarify for those saying "Why would Christians go to the club?" For thos that do not understand, if you tpe in Canton Jones explains the song in the club, he explains that awhile back Coco Brother rented the club 112 out in Atlanta for Christians and it was Canton Jones, Kirk Franklin an Kierra KiKi Sheard there. He said it was about 1500-2000 believers there an those that were not believers that didn't know that the club had been rented out to for Christians to come and kick it for the Lord in a major way. im a teenager and i used 2 listen 2 canton jones before i was saved, only mainly because my parents wanted me 2 listen to christian music. I can honestly say after getting saved listening 2 people in the 116 clique and such really help my soul more than this music, and when i show 116 musik 2 friends they know the difference. I have faith this can plant a seed and i cant judge God's servant, but things in this song like certified lame and stuntin in bentleys have nothing 2 do with the gospel.

Because this is Christian song it is my opinion that the words you fill in the blank should be Christlike. But who has time to be deep when the need for the word of God is so imperative. Paul writes in Corinthians that I rather speak 5 words that are understood then to speak 1000 words that you cannot. Another part of this song was marketing strategy. You have to know how to draw people in to listen to you so you can win them churches do it all the time with family and friend days and other events. If any of the mean commentors have ever been to a Canton concert you will really see how impactful he is on the unsaved and saved. There is never a concert where serious salvation, repentance, and worship doesnt takes place. Prob more than any of you have experienced with your super sanctifiedselves. @ChestonORChezszun calm down geez he did edit it, it was played on a secular station so they edited christians out and go watch his explanation video, he did it becuase kirk franklin him and some other christian artist rented out a club with had brought 1500 believers. And non believers showed up knowing this was a christian event

WOW! The thing about this song that is so brilliant is, If you study your bible you will see that the first time the word Christian was used in the bible was in the book of Acts. They used the word to mock those who follow Christ it was not a glorious word as we use it today, It was used to actually pick on the disciples and others who followed Christ. Almost like some one calling you a nigga if you where black. WOW look how for we have come now it's cool to be called a Christian.

@hope4tomorrowmin If you recall Jesus said in John that God calls us to the Son. It is not our job to "fit in". We are to be radical in representing Christ. What does this say about Christ if people think he's cursing? I love Canton, but I won't sit him on a pedestal. He's taking it too far. I'm all for radical movement, but it's purposeless if Christ isn't shown.

Im not sure what to think of this song! It sounds ok in one way and in another it doesn't sound right. I would love for Canton to explain himself or put out a unbleeped version. I dont see the point in starting controversy. I use to like Canton but I'm honestly on the fence from other songs I question. This one makes it no better! I'm all for being creative, but the question is-At what price are you willing to risk it?

The title of the album is "Dominionaire". The song is simple and plain. Christians are dominaires. Everywhere we go, everything we do, we dominate. The club is not a sinful place, unless you make it one. If you listen to the lyrics, its simply stating how we (Christians) dominate everywhere from the church to the club. "Can't stop em so you mines well join em. Christians walkin round actin like they club owners...Man you either wanna be one or be with one...unified got much power" get it?

not everyone is called to go in a club and start preaching ,bible sais many are called but few the chosen , I never said not to go to the club , I said I won't go to the club :) ... If God calls u to go , make sure it's Him and not your emotions and after that the rest is history , the holly spirit will back you up as long as you walk in righteousness , go get em canton !!

@extremeworship- remember that it is always easy to bring someone down then to bring someone up , I know many people who have said the same things in wanted to go to places because they feel that God is calling them to go to in order for the lost to be preached to , these people end up falling apart and ultimately go back into there world because of the pressure and because your in the place of temptation

As far as this song goes , he said they done let Christians as in canton ( cus I'm not going lol) up in da club , lecrae music reaches the people in the church while canton reaches those outside , as I said before of it doesn't apply to u then keep going because it's for the lost , God uses who ever he wants and if one club song leads to someone listening to his whole album He can win souls !
