Blink is the player who won at the Tetris World Championships October 16 in Los Angeles on the PS3 variant.

heboris_MAI is Japan's #1 player, who beat Blink in Tetris Tournament Online in January 2011.

They will be facing off on Tetris Friends, for the final of Hard Drop Open 6, on Friday 10/28/11 at 9 PM Pacific time, with a stream at harddrop(com)dot

how did you become this fast? was it just natural ability or did you build it up somehow? i've been playing tetris a lot lately and i think i've gotten good enough to take on most with a combination of tspins and combos and tetrises, but all i'm lacking is sheer speed. i'm rank 16 (i think platinum 1) in tetris friends, which is mediocre at best, and am worried that i wont be able to ascend any higher because i just don't have the speed down.

any tips? :C

@AshForte I'm rank 20 on there and I still haven't figured out how to tspin effectively. It just takes a whole hell of a lot of practice to get that fast.
